All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights, in all texts, images, sounds, software and other materials on this Website, including those relating to our workshops, are owned by Greenpeace International and/or Greenpeace National/Regional Organisations or have been incorporated with the permission of the respective owner.

Our workshops and related materials are provided free of charge and you are free to access them for educational or personal purposes.

We love it when you link to us and help spread the word about our courses and materials. You don’t need our express permission for this.

If you want to use a portion of our materials in a textbook or you want to reproduce an article in your community newsletter, there’s no need to ask, provided you read and abide by these terms and conditions. We expressly forbid the use of any material appearing on this Website, and/or the Greenpeace name and logo for:

  • any suggestion of Greenpeace endorsement of a product or policy where such endorsement has not explicitly been made by Greenpeace itself;
